Pausa has no account, no analytics, and no tracking.

Pausa blocks the social apps you choose during the evening window you set, and enforces daily time limits. Everything the app needs to do this — your settings, your pause history, which app is currently on screen — is read and stored only on your device.
There is no sign-up, no email, no profile, no advertising, and no analytics SDK. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. The single exception is purchase processing, described below.
Pausa includes a 7-day free trial. The trial is tracked entirely on your device with a local timestamp — no payment method is collected, no account is created, and nothing is transmitted to start or end it.
After the trial, Pausa is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play Billing. To show prices, unlock the app after payment, and restore it if you reinstall, Pausa uses RevenueCat, a purchase-validation service. When the purchase screen loads, and when you buy or restore, the following is transmitted to RevenueCat:
That's all. No usage data, no app history, no settings. RevenueCat processes this data as a service provider; their practices are described in the RevenueCat privacy policy. Payment details (your card, your Google account) are handled entirely by Google Play and never reach Pausa or RevenueCat.

Required so the evening window and daily limits keep working when Pausa isn't open. The persistent notification you see is Android's requirement for this kind of service.
Used only for the service status and time-limit warnings you've configured. Pausa sends no marketing or engagement notifications, ever.
Because everything lives on your device, deletion is simple: uninstalling Pausa removes all of it — settings, history, statistics, and local backups.
The anonymous purchase record held by RevenueCat can be deleted on request: contact us at the address below and we will submit the deletion to RevenueCat. Note that deleting it may prevent restoring your purchase on a new device.
Pausa is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — children included, by design.
If Pausa's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds an optional online feature — this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be clearly described in the app's release notes. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
